The course focuses on the application of the physiotherapist's knowledge in the English language. Expanding and consolidating professional vocabulary targeted at physiotherapy. Individual modules are focused on specific areas in the care of different patients, specific nomenclature, practicing conversational skills both with the patient and with colleagues in interdisciplinary collaboration. Use of professional nomenclature in research, working with data, navigating the literature, use of abbreviations.

The aim of the course is for the graduate to master a specific vocabulary, to improve his/her understanding of professional text, to be able to communicate in English with patients and colleagues within a multidisciplinary team. Integral to this is, the strengthening of competencies in English language to guide students in English language within the professional practice or follow-up curriculum.
